The latter is quite unusual and is aimed toward a very select market along with the well-known cork stopper. Whatever the cap chosen for the bottling process might be, it is absolutely necessary that the product remain in place and protected as a result of being capped. Any imperfection in that sense poses a risk that may seriously compromise the final result.
