Machine built for maximum reliability and strength during high speed production runs that require different caps in the same production line. Our monoblock is composed of two or three capping turrets in series, reaching capping speeds from 3000 bph to 60000 bph depending on the amount of installed capping heads.

Objective

    Being able to apply a wide variety of caps such as; plastic threaded, flip-tops, push-on caps, sports cap, specialty caps, T-Cork, etc. in one machine on any plastic or glass bottle or jug.

Cap dispensing system

  • Each capping turret allows independent use of different cap dispensing systems such as; Pick and Place and Pick- off, depending on the cap to be applied.

Advance technology

  • Quick and easy bottle and cap format change with no tools.
  • Independent sorting and cap feeding system at each Turret. Possible placement on the exterior of the machine depending on space availability.
  • Synchronization of the turrets and cap feed system with the process line and operator friendly from the control panel.
