Tedelta TBS model built with the same reliable and efficiency that characterizes our manufacturing line,  is prepared to be integrated in the production line just after the capping phase. Conveyor speed: up to 40-45 metres/minute. 

Objective

  • The top belt sealer ensures consistent pressure is applied between the sealing area of the container and the foil seal. An Enercon Super Seal unit is integrated into the system providing the sealing energy for consistent and repeatable hermetic seals. The contact sealer is suitable for sealing containers using screw caps, clip on cap or foil only applications

Capping and seal system

 

  • The top belt sealer works by being placed above any straight section of an existing conveyor, immediately after capping takes place. The capped container is guided through the induction heating tunnel at conveyor speed at which point, the top belt sealer applies pressure to the cap or foil with non metallic recirculating belt.
