TEDELTA NORTH AMERICA has successfully completed its inaugural collaboration with Elmar Industries, a world-renowned engineering firm specializing in custom liquid and dry filling systems. This partnership has delivered a fully engineered, production ready capping turret that sets a new benchmark for versatility and precision in the North American market.

The project centered on the design and manufacture of the TAR-106-TR-PZ, a rotary capping turret engineered to handle a diverse range of plastic closures on a single, seamlessly integrated platform. The system is capable of applying flip-top, yorker, and screw-on caps across various bottle shapes and sizes achieving a level of multi-format flexibility rarely seen without time-consuming mechanical changeovers.

“Engineering versatility without sacrificing speed or reliability is the promise behind the TAR-106-TR-PZ, and it is the foundation of everything Tedelta brings to the table,”states Tedelta Engineering Division.
