Electric Capping Machine for Every Business

No matter what industry your business manufactures for—pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, cleaning products, personal care, etc.—having a proper seal on your product containers is critical. Once of the most foolproof ways to ensure that your bottles, jugs and jars are capped perfectly is using an electric capping machine. Whether you are using glass bottles with skirted aluminum caps, plastic jugs with pre-threaded plastic caps, or anything in between, these automated systems will improve your production efficiency and often your bottom line, too.

How can an electric capping machine make your business more profitable? Well, aside from allowing your containers to be capped much faster than human workers are able to do, there is also the issue of seal quality. When workers use manual cappers, there is a lot of room for human error. Improperly sealed containers can cause all sorts of problems, all of which come at the expense of your business. The most immediate loss is product waste, of course. But if the problem isn’t caught by the manufacturer, it could lead to very complicated problems for you if the capping error ends up causing any injury to a consumer.

Electric capping machines from TEDELTA

Not all businesses are the same, of course, and not all production lines have the same needs. Some large manufacturers need equipment with a high capacity to turn out large volumes of product, while such high production volumes would be very impractical for small startup businesses. This means that there is no one electric capping machine that can meet the needs of every company. For that reason, TEDELTA has created several different models of cappers, four fully automatic machines and one semi-automatic.

For the automatic electric capping machines, we have two rotary models (TEDELTA-CAR-100-ST and TEDELTA-CAR-100-TR), which have the ability to be fitted with multiple capping heads to read production speeds of up to 60,000 bottles per hour. There are also two linear or inline models (TEDELTA-CAL-101-ST and TEDELTA-CAL-101-TR), which are suitable for smaller operations with a lower output of up to 3,000 bottles per hour.

Finally, for very small businesses, quality control labs, startups, etc., we have our semiautomatic model, which offers all the benefits of an automatic electric capping machine but at a much more accessible price and with less space requirements. Depending on the operator, this machine can process 600-800 bottles per hour.
