Diverse caps and capping systems
You can find our cap machines in two basic forms: rotary (TEDELTA-CAR-100-ST and TEDELTA-CAR-100-TR) and inline (TEDELTA-CAL-101-ST and TEDELTA-CAL-101-TR), both available in pick-off and pick-and-place, respectively. The rotary pick-off has a production capacity of mono-blocks and tri-blocks that is adaptable for a variety of different caps. The rotary pick-and-place system is a cap placement system that takes the caps from the dispenser with an articulating arm and places them accurately in the capping head. Speeds of up to 60,000 bottles per hour are possible with this equipment.
On the other hand, the pick-off system of the inline cap system has a capping capacity of 3000 bph, allowing for a small but efficiently run production; the inline pick-and-place system also has a production capacity of 3000 bph.
