Capper Machine Videos for Different TEDELTA Models

One of the best way to understand a piece of automated capping equipment is to see it in action, which is why capper machine videos are so important. Especially for a manufacturing business that is looking to acquire a capping machine to improve their efficiency, watching videos of the various machines available can be very helpful before making a final decision.

At TEDELTA, we understand that you want to see your future industrial equipment in action before you buy it, which is why we provide many capper machine videos on our website.

TEDELTA’s collection of capper machine videos

Each of our different capping machine models has its own video shot in real time from multiple angles so you can see how it works and how each piece of equipment is slightly different from the others.

Rotary capping machine videos

For our rotary pick-off model, the capper machine video shows the different stages of capping a glass wine bottle with an aluminum Stelvin cap. In the video, you can see how the first stage of the system dispenses the smooth sleeve caps from a chute and places them onto the bottle head, minimizing contact with the cap while ensuring accurate placement every time.

In the second stage, you can see how immediately after the cap has been placed over the bottle, the rotating capping heads mold and seal the aluminum into the threads of the bottle head, creating a hermetic seal with a tamper-evident feature. Depending on the number of capping heads, this model can reach speeds of up to 60,000 bottles per hour.

You can see the incredible efficiency of the rotary formats in the capper machine video for our rotary pick-and-place system, as plastic pilfer proof caps are picked from the dispenser, applied and sealed onto PET plastic sports beverage bottles. Like the pick-off, this model can cap up to 60,000 bottles per hour.

Inline capping machine videos

Our inline systems are suitable for lower production scales, with a speed of up to 3,000 bottles per hour.

The capper machine video for our inline pick-off system shows how aluminum Stelvin caps are dispensed onto glass wine bottles from the cap chute just like in the first video. In this case, the inline machine uses a single capping head to mold the aluminum into the threads of the bottle head one after the other.

Similarly, the capper machine video for our inline pick-and-place model uses a single capping head to pick up plastic flip-top caps, correctly place them onto plastic honey bottles, and create a hermetic seal.
